Complete apartment clearance
For a complete move-out, start with a room-by-room inventory. Include cellars, balconies and storage only if you want them in the scope. Agree what stays, what leaves and whether dismantling is needed. Cleaning, repairs and transport to your new home are not included unless separately agreed.
How it works
Start with the items and the deadline, then confirm access. A personalised quote sets out the work before a collection date is agreed. No payment or reservation is created by submitting an enquiry.
A second life for useful things
Suitable items are assessed for reuse. Recipients and donation channels depend on practical arrangements. Any resale route must be disclosed in your agreement. Handling of unsuitable items, recycling and disposal must be agreed before collection.
Tell us about damage, damp, pests, unsafe items or unusual waste before agreeing a collection. Hazardous materials, electrical disconnection and specialist work require separate assessment; do not assume they are included.
Customers pay for collection and clearance unless another arrangement is explicitly agreed. A possible donation does not make transport free.
