Is a request a booking?
No. Availability, scope, price and collection date require a separate agreement.
Will everything be donated?
No. Suitability, recipient needs and logistics determine whether reuse or donation is possible.
Can you take my belongings to my next home?
Our core service is clearance and collecting items you leave behind. Moving your belongings to another home is a different service.
Do I need photos?
No. A detailed description is enough to start. Photos can be arranged afterwards.
What does it cost?
There is no published fixed price. Volume, access, dismantling, travel and agreed handling affect the quote.
Can I request service in Germany?
Yes, but availability must be assessed individually. There is no confirmed German service network.
